Surface Design Systems was approached with the question of whether or not we could install a topically applied acid stain to achieve a leathery, suede appearance over a newly installed in-floor heating system incorporated in 3″ concrete.
Surface Design Systems became involved in the early stages of design/development that eventually resulted in the finished appearance this particular home owner was looking for.
We achieved this desired look utilizing Q.C Construction product line of acid stains along with our proprietary application methods. We then applied a protective coating system to work in the given environment manufactured by Aquarious Coatings.
